No two athletes are the same, but most training plans are generic, and I believe that makes no sense. Plans should always be bespoke to you, suited to how you perform and work. That’s the reason I will only work with a handful of athletes. Each individual deserves the very best, and I’ll invest my time and energy to help you become the best athlete you can be.
